Michelle V. Taylor was born and raised in Victor, Idaho. A 5th generation Idahoan, she takes great pride in her deep roots in the Teton Valley.

Michelle is an experienced entrepreneur and health professional with a diverse background spanning business ownership, education, fitness, and community leadership. Most recently, she was the co-owner and operator of SMASH MY TRASH, a mobile trash compaction business serving the Las Vegas, NV area, where she led sales and operations.

Before entering the waste management industry, Michelle served as the Child Nutrition Director for the Marsh Valley School District and previously owned a personal training center in California. She is also a former certified personal trainer and group fitness instructor, bringing a strong foundation in health and wellness to her professional journey.

Michelle holds a Bachelor of Health Sciences degree from BYU-Idaho. She is skilled in public speaking and proficient in G Suite applications, with a proven ability to adapt and lead in various professional environments. A former member of the Las Vegas Executive Association, Michelle has been deeply involved in community initiatives—coaching youth basketball and track for 15 years and serving as a youth camp leader for young women for over a decade.

Having lived and worked in multiple states across the U.S., Michelle values adaptability and lifelong learning, and she brings a unique ability to understand and connect with people from all walks of life.
