Before embarking on my career in real estate, I had the opportunity to gain a diverse skill set through various roles. My experience includes working as an office manager at Superior Cabinets and Granite, as well as serving as a residential proofreader at Farm Bureau Insurance. These roles allowed me to develop strong organizational and communication skills that I carry with me today.
After the birth of my twins, I transitioned to working from home for the past seven years, which has been an incredibly rewarding experience. My greatest achievement, by far, has been raising my children, and they continue to be my biggest inspiration.
I attended Highland High School and later went on to study at Idaho State University. After the birth of my first child, I pursued my Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management online, balancing both education and family life. My passion for real estate led me to complete my real estate schooling at Idaho Falls Real Estate School under the guidance of Steve Taggart.
I pride myself on building good customer rapport, being friendly and approachable, and maintaining professionalism in all my dealings. My strengths include being organized, honest, and competent. I aim to leave a positive impact on everyone I encounter, always striving to be kind and understanding.

I am a Master Electrician and a licensed General Contractor, and I take pride in bringing hands-on knowledge and credibility to everything I do.
My background began with wiring custom homes in Jackson, Wyoming, and expanded into large-scale infrastructure and energy projects. I hold an Associate’s degree in Electrical Theory and an Associate’s degree in Instrumentation/Automation and Industrial Controls Engineering. In addition to my technical background, I owned and operated a multimillion-dollar electrical contracting business for seven years, which strengthened my business acumen and leadership skills.
Throughout my career, I have served as the owner of Precision Electrical Services and King Contractors, worked as an Instrumentation Technician at the Idaho National Laboratory (INL), and held the role of Electrical and Instrumentation Manager for a geothermal power facility with Ormat. These experiences have given me a deep understanding of construction, electrical infrastructure, property evaluation, contract negotiation, and project management.
I bring a diverse skill set that includes residential and commercial property evaluation, construction and building systems knowledge, electrical infrastructure expertise, real estate investment insight, and strong client relationship management. I am known for clear communication, client advocacy, and a practical, solutions-driven approach.

Megan Reno has a deep love for her community where she specializes, Lava Hot Springs, ID. With the help of others founded the movement LAVA SOS (Save Our School) and maintains an active presence at Lava Elementary. She is also Vice President of the Greater Lava Hot Springs Prosperity Foundation that runs the Lava Folk Festival that funds Lava's music Program. This year they are working hard to expand Art at the Elementary school. She has also worked on the Area of Impact board and enjoyed being part of a government board that had goals to create bridges and transparency to the constituents.
Megan loves God and her role as the Activity Days Leader, finding deep joy in her church. Living in Lava, she appreciates the diverse backgrounds of the communities. Despite potential differences, the community embraces and accepts each other. When her family decided to be sealed as a family last fall. She had an amazing amount of support from people with different denominations or no denominations who helped and supported her on the big day just because they were Happy to see her family happy. This warmed her heart!
Megan and her husband, Nephi run Lava Vacations specializing in the hospitality industry. They also together run MAN Construction (Megan And Nephi). They love being Full Time Vacationers in Lava Hot Springs being blessed they get to Live in a Hallmark movie saying "There is never a bad view in Lava Hot Springs!"
Megan finds purpose being an agent in Lava Hot Springs. She has worked with families finding their Home, investors, developers, and entrepreneurs starting their own businesses. Real Estate can change Lives and she loves to help people achieve the Key to their dreams.
